1 Lifestyle Fitness is excited to announce our newest program, Lifestyle 45! This Group Training Class incorporates 3 separate cutting-edge fitness training styles into one, providing a motivating and result driven experience for all members. Lifestyle 45 combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three concepts have lead to the development of several different, 45 minute workout experiences, with more in development by our 1LF Training Department. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.
